I Cooked!!!

I am so not a cook, like at all. Keith is normally the one that does the cooking but I decided to start giving it a try. Tonight I made Beef Enchiladas and Corn Souffle. The best part was that both dishes were VERY good! Keith won't be able to try it until he gets home from work at around 3:00 in the morning. I am curious to hear his opinion, I hope he thinks it is delicious!
