Christmas Day 2013

Parker was feeling a bit better and he enjoyed opening presents on Christmas Day!
When we woke up we opened our gifts/stockings from Santa Claus!

 He loves flashlights!

He was VERY excited about his own "ipad"!!! It's actually an InnoTab3s but he calls it his ipad!

Then we headed to my Mom's for Christmas! We had a full house and boy did it make my heart happy!
Doing tricks with Molly!

My momma and bubba! Couldn't love them more!

We had such a great day! Parker is loved by so many! We have done LOTS of cleaning out, packing things he has outgrown, donating toys to Helping Hands, and re-arranging to make room for the new toys!

Christmas Eve with Pj's & Bronchitis

1st thing Christmas Eve morning, we were in the dr's office with Parker. He has bronchitis.
Our tradition of new jammies and watching Christmas movies worked out perfectly for us!

I'll be honest. Parker was so sick that when Keith got home to open presents, Parker didn't want to or care about it at all.
We did open them because that is when we always will. But poor P baby wasn't nearly as excited as he would have been without the sickness.

The only things he even cared about after opening was his army men, Bible, and Curious George of course.

Poor baby just wanted to go to sleep!

Parker went to bed soon after opening our gifts. We've had some rough, sleepless nights with a boy who can't stop coughing. Thankfully the meds he was given were strong and he started feeling a little better the next day!

Christmas Spirit

Watching the Christmas spirit through the eyes of my 2 yr old is absolutely priceless! He is so excited and filled with so much joy for all things Christmas! Candy canes, Claus, snowmen, presents, Christmas trees, lights, reindeer, jingle bells, and Curious George Christmas. And yesterday during our church's Christmas program, he got so excited to see baby Jesus and was singing along with all the songs! (humming along and singing made up words!)

Standing in front of our tree & playing jingle bells on his guitar!

We have watched "Christmas Monkey" so many, many, many, many times! Like everyday! He LOVES it!!!

My last week at school before break was filled with lots and lots of fun activities. We took all 130 kindergartners to the movies to see Frozen and it was so good! We made ornaments, ate tons of goodies, and had a book exchange with each other! My kinderkiddos had a blast!

Parker and I went to the Christmas Parade and he loved it! Parker waved and said Merry Christmas to all the floats/people passing by! He wasn't a big fan of the honking from the fire trucks but he was totally loving everything else! I love making these memories with him!!

We made goodie bags for all his friends in his class for their Christmas party!

All ready to go to his Party!

They made jingle bell necklaces and this made him very happy!

Christmas is My Favorite!

We always decorate for Christmas the weekend after Thanksgiving!
Parker was able to help and he is loving it! His favorites are the Christmas tree and the lights, anything that is "Claus" (he doesn't say Santa Claus, just Claus)!

Here are a few memories from our day!

Parker helped hang A LOT of the ornaments this year!

Last year Keith hung lights around our living room. We loved it and decided to make it something we do every year!

This Mickey Mouse came all the way from Disney World! Thank you Aunt Net!
Parker's new ornaments this year: Woody from Mommy and Daddy, Claus from Nana and Pops!
This one made my heart so happy last year! A grandparent of one of my students was so thoughtful!
This one is special to me!
Parker got these two for us! (Nana helped him)

Christmas Eve

Merry Christmas 2012
Parker was very excited! We loved helping him unwrap his gifts and play all night!
 His 1st radio flyer bicycle!
This guitar is by far his favorite gift of all!!!
His amazing babysitter, Brittany, got him 2 books and the yellow truck! He loves them both and we love you, Brittany!!!!

He would open a present and go right back to the guitar! After all presents were opened, he barely sat the guitar down. Precious!
Reading one of the books he got from Brittany!
He wanted to wear Daddy's xbox headphones too!
 My love!
Happy Boy!
Playing his new game!
