Day 22 of the photo challenge is to post a picture of something you wish you were better at. I wish I were better at cooking! Lately I have been trying really hard to cook new things so that Keith will have something to eat other than things you just pop in the oven. I have cooked beef enchiladas, corn souffle, hash brown casserole, western dinner (like a homemade hamburger helper), chicken spaghetti, and some others. And I haven't done too bad!!! I'm going to keep trying and maybe one day I'll be a pro. Ha!

I"m an okay cook, but I don't really enjoy it. I wished I could enjoy it though lol
